"The hotel is right in the middle of a resort with a zoo, casino, indoor ski slope and skating, Roman pool, spa and many other things besides including many restaurants and nearby within a few minutes drive there are supermarkets and shopping centres. "Modern simple room, no tea or coffee in the room. There was a hair next to the sink and a tiny bit of dirt in the shower but overall it was clean and fine. Housekeeping knocked the door twice, waking us up the first time, so use the do not disturb sign if you want a lay in. I realised upon arrival it would have been cheaper to book directly. "

"We had a nice one night stay here. It is located near everything. It was helpful to have read another review that said you have to take an elevator to the lobby. There is construction going on around the building and I may not have seen the entrance otherwise."

"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. Overall, this was truly an exceptional hotel where attention is given to guests needs from the staff members and management. It was a perfect hotel to end my trip in Europe and I would certainly rebook this hotel should I visit Luxembourg."
