"This townhouse is in the perfect location in Beaune. We had a wonderful time during our stay. It is close to the town center and an easy walk to the train station, only a 10 minute walk. The place is as indicated, clean, quaint, and the bedrooms were charming. There are many stairs, so if that is an issue you should consider that, but overall the place is lovely. Vivienne was the perfect host, available to answer questions, and check in and out was very easy. I would definitely recommend...

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."

"The garden was particularly lovely. We enjoyed bbqs whilst listening to the birds. It was nice to be able to walk into the charming village to buy fresh bread, fresh meat and fish and great wine. The gite was well equipped and provided an excellent base to explore the Burgundy vineyards."

"My mom and I stayed here for a little over a week and absolutely loved it. It’s within walking distance to the center of town and has easy access for biking/walking through the Premier Cru area. The apartment had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with essential cooking utensils to make meals using wonderful market finds. Caroline, the host texted me back immediately whenever I had a question. We definitely want to stay here again."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison très belle et propre avec des chambre bien disposé. Les propriétaires sont de très bon accueil et à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons sans doute pour de nouvelle retrouvailles en famille en été avec la piscine et le jacuzzi qui donne envie de profité de cette maison au calme. "Ons verblijf was heel aangenaam. We ontvingen de per mail de mogelijkheden , wat er in de week te bezichtigen en te doen was. Nathalie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Supermooie streek ook. "We were 4 retired couples from North America. We spent 3 nights here, and were very happy with the accommodations. It was clean and comfortable. Good amenities, including good Wi-Fi and unique pool. There was some vehicular street noise, in part due to being there during grape harvest season. We would all stay here again."

"To be frank, we were initially concerned that the gite might be too small but found this was absolutely not the case. There was ample room, the kitchen was completely furnished with everything one would need and more and the bed and furnishings were good. Bruno and Brigitte were the absolute perfects hosts and did much to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this gite and hope we will be able to return in the future."

"Stayed here for a week in June 2024, two people and one dog. Beautiful old townhouse on a side street close to the center of a busy little town. Really characterful house with high ceilings and big windows decorated in a really relaxing modern style. The garden is great....basically completely walled and not overlooked at all. "The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."
