"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. "The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable. But customer service in the other hand could use some improvement. We booked and paid for 3 sea view rooms for new years celebration but the views from our rooms were mostly pool view instead of sea view. There weren’t any toiletries in the two rooms we stayed.
