"Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again."

"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. "We had booked a deluxe room and tried to upgrade, but never received confirmation. Upon check-in, the receptionist (an Italian girl—honestly terrible at her job) assured us we had a “nice” room. In reality, it was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in—and we travel a lot! It was in the basement, right next to the elevator, with two single beds instead of the king we had booked. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...
