"This was by far the best place we stayed at. The apartment was very big with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The host was very friendly and cater for all our needs. The dinner was one of the best we had in Switzerland. The location with mountain view was very beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit and would recommend this place to all. "

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. Once inside it is very clean and nice. The balcony overlooks the mountains and valley. There are cute sheep & goats with bells near by who will greet you if you're walking into to town. Great Hotel for Lucerne Holiday
"Nice modern hotel which is well-located near the Train Station (but not too near or noisy) so it was easy to find and reach with luggage in tow. It is also just a short walk from the south entrance to the Chapel Bridge and the old town which you have to explore. Hotel is very nice, furnishings are new. Room is comfortable and quiet. Shower is very good with more than enough hot water and a strong shower. "
