"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

L hôtel est de + en + vétuste, la literie est un véritable trampoline, les toilettes sont collées au mur ne laissant pas de place aux jambes. Spots du plafond cassés, poubelle de chambre non vidée, piscine sale pleine de sable ( un petit contrôle de l Ars ne serait pas du luxe), plus de chaussons fournis pour le spa sous prétexte de mesure eco-responsable alors qu'il...
