"This was a last minute place to stay, due to weather. Was looking for a room to accommodate myself and 4 kids. They had 4 queens and that room was magnificent. The beds just right, plenty of hot water to wash the stress and tension away. The space the kids needed after being in a car all day. The breakfast was made homemade, really homemade. No styrofoam here! Real plates, forks, cups. The scramble eggs, salsa, potatoes real tasty food. From this trip of breakfast meals at a hotel, this place hits the spot. The hospitality is small town and friendly. They treat the customers very well. "

"The cabin is pristine, and Lori has been so thoughtful in every nook, cranny, and corner of it. The Bose system for music, the already-prepared firewood and starters - hard to list it all but you'll feel how thoughtful she's been as you explore inside. The lack of light pollution is completely true - we actually saw the milky way on the first night, which was mind-blowing. Download a 'stars' app and spot them all while you soak in the hot tub. Pure bliss. Something that really struck me was the lack of *noise* pollution. It is dead quiet out there, which was incredibly peaceful and something I haven't experienced before. It will really impact you (in a good way) if you've never been to a location this remote. Someone mentioned the long gravel road to get there, and that it kind of makes going out a little challenging, but after you drive into town a couple of times, it really isn't bad! Plus there's cows, horses, turkeys, and expansive views to experience along the way :) Oh and you can get insanely good thai food delivered to your door. I mean what is this place?! Do yourself a favor and stay here. Find peace, and pleasure, and balance. You'll love it and you'll miss it."

"This place was way back in the fields. Looked like a nice place but no phone coverage. My husband has heart issues and we needer phone access. I can't say enough about the host she was very accommodating and returned our money. i can't say enough good things about her. "

"Unfortunately there was a bug infestation not their fault, but difficult to deal with, mice in room, and the air condition would not work, however they hooked us up with a temporary unit which cooled the room nicely, but the bugs in the room were bad on the last night. But overall everything happening the host was very accommodating to our needs. The facility itself was very serene and peaceful. "

"A very nice place to stay. Yes, the driveway is 1-1/2 miles long. Just outside of town, far enough to only hear the occasional train horn. It was very relaxing sitting out on the deck and listening to the wind flow through the pine trees. Well equipped, comfortable place to stay. "
