"Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel s danými cenami docela dost drobných zklamání: nepříjemná recepční, nefungující klimatizace, plíseň ve větráku v koupelně, stropní lampy visící "na půl žerdi," okna bez sítí proti komárům apod. Hotel má určitě na to, aby si všechny své hvězdy opravdu zasloužil, prostředí hotelu i okolí je krásné, těch drobností je škoda. Snídaně OK vzhledem ke koronavirovým opatřením, ale bez nich by to bylo další zklamání, zvlášť u hotelu s vyhlášenou kuchyní. Ceny v restauraci dost...

"This is a wonderful little spot in eastern Germany, quite off the beaten bath and a little hard to find. Very clean, large spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet. Our minimal German got us most of the way through checking in, but the desk clerk found someone from the kitchen that could speak English. They were very pleasant and helpful. "A great value hotel that is clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast and has a good location. This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water.
