"The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. Fallsway does have backup generators, although I can't say if they were used during my...

"Fantastic holiday home in great condition, clean and well furnished and located in a very quiet and serene area. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff..had a fabulous time!!"

Give this a miss

"The compound was beautiful with stunning landscaping and wildlife, as such Was hoping for an equally beautiful stay as well but it turned out to be not very clean with roaches around the room, stained sheets, mouldy bathroom. Electricity kept going on and off throughout the night, even with the back up generator and solar it was still not stable. For the price I paid, was expecting way more. "
