"The two girls that helped me out were extremely helpful and kind. One was a bit newer, the other had been there a while. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. I didn’t end up getting better signal, but it was the effort on their part that showed me they were willing to go above and beyond. Close trip to Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl itself was beautiful. Wish there were more open food options but if you look hard enough or ask for recommendations you can find a couple good ones. Great location right by the water, restaurant had a fantastic steak, and breakfast buffet was also very good. Will return one day."

"It’s another wonderful stay - location is perfect it’s right next to the ferry and i was given the same room as I stayed more than three months ago. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. I’m looking forward to returning. Restaurants downstairs are super good. "

"The apartments are beautiful, in a great location and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything at all, it really felt like home :) For those interested, they offer the possibility of renting a bike. I had to fill out the check-in again at the terminal, but otherwise everything was without a problem. We would definitely not hesitate to come again."

"We stayed in the room called wald. Had a lovely stay from the warm welcome with chocolates and wine to the huge bathtub with plenty of amenities. The breakfasts were really beautifully put together and served in room which we liked. We were really grateful for the attentive hosts who even went out of their way to get us decaf coffee when requested. The room was very clean and was much larger than we expected. The views were spectacular from the windows."
