Upon entering the unit we noticed the carpet was filthy, couch covers were stained, doors had holes in them. "Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good...

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."
