"It is hard to find a hotel at a better location, with a better view and with more enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. They have created an atmosphere where every guest feels very welcome. The decoration of the rooms is beautiful. They use only natural materials and have achieved the right balance between modern and traditional. The spa is fantastic, possibly the best procedures I have ever had. The receptionists are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly and remembers one's preferences. The house keeping is exceptional. They provide fruit, cookies and good quality coffee in every room. Exceptional.❣️"

"The staff were all exceptional and the property was beautiful. Close to many shops, lake and site seeing. The only complaint is the construction noise however it looks like they are doing updates to the building to make it more beautiful. "

"What an unique location. The only way to get across to the hotel is by hand pulled raft or a small rowing boat if you don't have any large luggage. The hotel is so tranquil and in beautiful grounds. Modern bathroom. One of the few places we stayed where the room had a safe. Also they allow you to use the pool & spa after check out if you have a late flight. Excellent dinner options served. Some people might think the rooms on the small size considering the price paid."

"After a long time, I had the chance to stay at Hotel Lakeshore, and I have to say—this place is a hidden gem in Lakeside! From the balcony of our room, we had the most breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. It was absolutely mesmerizing and made our stay feel extra special. My partner and I spent just one night here, but we loved every moment. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and secluded, with nature all around. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was really convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. If you're looking for a place with stunning views, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is it! Highly recommend."

"We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a 4th floor pool view with balcony as apparently we had paid too much through Hotels.com for the garden hut. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and special shout out to Samah who was particularly efficient. The evening cover band and dance show was entertaining. Good location too. Only negative was that breakfast plates weren’t cleared away very quickly which encouraged flies and a couple of birds. But overall would definitely recommend."

"The Bar Peepal Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. They were friendly, always eager to help, always smiling, and went the extra mile. They immediately told us about activities we might enjoy and booked a Hot Air Balloon excursion, a highlight, and a massage at their lovely spa. The food at the restaurant was amazing - with views of the lake and the lakeside town. We highly recommend this truly wonderful hotel!"
