"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"

"This is a decent development in a good location. Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. "Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. "

Better than expected, overall

"My hopes were not too high due to previous reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised The room was small if spending more time there, but 1 night only it was fine. I noticed immediately how spotlessly clean everything was. The bathroom especially, under the bright lights The service was ok in the bar around 11.30pm. But the best thing was when i got into bed. The sheets were starched but the bottom sheet was silky. The pillows plump and smelt so clean, I felt so cozy The towels were also clearly super clean. (I used the reception toilets whilst waiting for my lift - you could have had a meal off the floors) My only problem was the breakfast. The service was less than friendly, (i spoke both French and English because i didnt feel understood - no, it seems the 2 waiters weren't very friendly/outgoing) the offerings were not plentiful -2 fruits in a fruit salad!, no saucers, no teaspoons, half a cup of coffee, congealed eggs, rubber looking mushrooms- i wont go on. It wasnt worth 24 CHF imo WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? YES, but i would go to a boulangerie for breakfast The night receptionist loaned me a Samsung plug because i couldnt find my English/Swiss adaptor, so that was very helpful "

"Wonderful team on the front desk. Extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Great location across from the station and 20yds from the metro which was free due to the free travel pass from the hotel. It also gave us a discount on the ferry across the lake to france"
