"What an absolutely beautiful resort! The view was outstanding, the service was great, the employees were friendly, and the room was lovely. My husband thought the bed was a little bit too soft, but I felt that it was absolutely perfect. Would recommend this resort to anyone, what a great stay!"

"We loved staying here. For a place right off the main road, it seemed like a far away oasis. The grounds were so well kept and there were tons of outdoor things to do on the property; Including picnic tables, disc golf and a bocce ball court! There was even a pond with bullfrogs singing their night songs. The view was incredible. We could clearly see the ocean and sunrise / sunset from our room, making for some memorable photos. This hotel was a little farther away from things like take out and fast food so plan out your food options in advance. We had a love / hate relationship with not having cell service. Hotel WiFi worked well to bridge the gap. Staff members were super chill and kind. We liked having the option of breakfast (elevated grab and go) on our way out to activities. The room itself was nicely furnished and had comfy pillows and bed. The shower and bathroom was nice and we liked having an eating area. Balcony was well maintained with comfy chairs and table and a nice size. Layout of the room was great for a small room. We had a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge in our room. We stayed with our cat who really really liked this hotel. It’s also close to ocean access and forest / national park access. We went during a quiet time of the week but even with others around we barely heard them. We would love to stay again. "

"My favorite motel I stayed at, on a recent Roadtrip! It was also the best priced - quite reasonable for how clean and comfortable this room was! The service was excellent, and the housekeeping crew was also wonderful. Everything was very clean! (Thank you!) Very convenient layout (both rooms and parking). The parking lot is well-lit. There is a Vietnamese restaurant on the same lot (can't speak for the food, although it appears to be excellent). The appliances room worked well and were clean. Decent size mini-fridge. The decor in the room was actually very beautiful photos of the Golden Gate bridge! As a traveler, I really do appreciate those details - they just make for a more peaceful stay... I also appreciated how safe I felt as a solo traveler at this motel, after being helped by Kevin at the front desk, who was nice and patient with a weary traveler! There is coin laundry on the premises; acquire quarters beforehand if you need it... Also, in these more rural areas, it's always a good idea to carry some cash, as not all businesses take card, and the wifi this far north can be spotty. Cash also goes a long way when tipping and supporting the locals and businesses of this special town and region :) Ukiah was beautiful!! Very walkable. Very kind people... This property, Days Inn by Wyndham Ukiah, was a great choice while in Mendocino County - I highly recommend staying here."
