"This house is very well equipped and comfortable. The aesthetic of the pool and deck area are especially nice. Pool was great for morning and evening swims.We enjoyed opening the double doors to the lovely tropical air and sitting on the front poch most mornings.(never needed the AC.) The location is not really that walkable to anything but being high on a dead end road provided security and was very peaceful. Loved the warm water and stunning beaches. We had a wonderful week on Vieq u es."

"The house worked great for our family. We made breakfast at home and we beached all day, then we walked to the Malecon for dinner. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for spending days at the beach and the beds were very comfortable for getting a good nights sleep. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Vieques. The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had some basic spices oils and such that were very helpful . The view from the roof of the ocean was very nice. We loved sitting on the patio playing cards. It was a quick walk to town (a bit hilly) but no complaints at all. It was nice not to have to find parking when we went down for dinner. The communication with Simone was excellent. She always responded immediately. Five stars!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Eddie and Sarah’s place! But I have to mention I was very much disappointed and surprised to see/ have a tarantula in the bathroom on our last night stay I know we are in a tropical place but I am deathly afraid of spiders!!! "

"Me and my family stayed two nights at Amarilla Casita. We had no issues, the conditions were basic, bathroom was clean, there was plenty of room to sleep. Love the island ! We had wonderful meals at El Norte restaurant. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years Day. The location in town worked out well for us, being able to walk to the ferry early in the AM after our golf cart rental was over the day before. We also walked in town several times to restaurants and to the square for the big New Years Eve bash! The unit was clean and adequate living space. "I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It was a mini-resort with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The majority of the bedrooms had an outside entrance. The grounds were very well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/bar. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. "We loved our stay here and were upgraded to a nicer room for a small charge! Mike and John were super welcoming and gave us lots of tips for going around the island. The hotel is super close to everything you need, and we loved access to the pool, kitchen, and gear for enjoying ourselves on the beach. We hope to return sometime! "

"We had a beautiful 5-night stay at Hacienda Tamarindo! The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious and prepared to order every morning, and the view from our room couldn't be beat. We didn't have a car for the first two days which was fine because the hotel is within walking distance of town and beaches. The other days we had a car which allowed us to explore the island."

"This was easy walking distance from the ferry, restaurants, and the shopping strip near the ferry terminal. On the second floor ocean front rooms, you get a fantastic view, breeze, and with your private patio door open, you also get the sound of the surf. Carl has coolers, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, and beach towels that you can take to the beach. Carl was also understanding that we missed our checkin because the ferry was full and we were delayed many hours getting to the island."

"Our stay at SeaGate Hotel was a highlight of our trip! The host was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, offering great tips on local spots and must-see areas that really enhanced our experience. The location is perfect—just a short commute to the ferry and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We especially loved the unique decorations and charm of the hotel. It had such a warm, inviting feel that made us feel right at home. I absolutely plan on coming back to the area, and when I do, SeaGate will be my first choice to stay. Highly recommend!"
