"Very poor service the resort maintenance was unsatisfactory. My original room was dirty and furniture was also dated and dirty. I switched rooms and I was promised a different room but it never happened. I watched how they treated white people versus the blk people. No sense of urgency and I truly feel iwere a white woman i would havea different experience at this resort. I will never come back to visit. During check out my bill was completely wrong and they ended up remove some of the charges....

"We had an incredible past couple of days at mont carpe diem. Words cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this property and the kindness of yohandra and Pedro. Every meal by chef ema was amazing. All in all, this place is magical. "

"The property was so sweet. We absolutely loved it. Pete and Liamm were so helpful, kind and considerate. I had a full moon fire ceremony to conduct and thought their fireplace in the backyard would work beautifully, however with it being on a week the music form the Malecon was too loud. Pete and Liamm suggested a place on the beach that ended up being perfect. Their assistance was exceptional. When we go again, we will be sure to book during the week to avoid the loud music of the weekend. "
