"Modern spacious house, very comfortable, very well equipped including bikes. Located next to main cycle track, ideal for getting about the area. So much to do around the basin and Cap Ferrat only a 30 min drive away Was given short tour of the town by the owner upon arrival, lots of good local information. M Casenave went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay Had a great stay here, will come back again next year but for 2 weeks instead of 1. "

"This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10 "

"We were welcomed by Myriam & Jean-Christophe. Everything was explain to us despite the language barrier. The property is equipped to a high standard. As the owners live in the attached property the pool is cleaned every day, you don’t have to do anything regarding it at all. Myriam gave us lots of information regarding places to see, and recommend a local restaurant which was very good value we went twice. This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend."

"We had a great week in Ardernos Les bains taking advantage of a pretty garden and al fresco dining. Very close to the beach and the shops. A warm and friendly welcome from Maryse ( the owner) and a perfect climate in a beautiful area with access to the Atlantic for surfing made our stay thoroughly enjoyable."

"La maison est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, elle est parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil d'un grand groupe (nombreuses douches et nombreux wc, grandes tables, salon convivial, ...). La maison est par ailleurs très agréable à vivre. La gestionnaire est flexible, disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre ville. Le quartier est calme par ailleurs. Quelques points d'amélioration seraient toutefois...

"Super well equipped and spacious. Clean overall except the kitchen. WiFi didn’t work for the first weekend but came back mid afternoon Monday (not bad for French customer service). It was perfect for our family of 10. The best feature was the heated pool and many options for outdoor seating, as well as the retractable awning for shade."

"Villa Manta is a beautiful and modern open plan house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house is modern , clean and has more than enough equipment and accessories for any duration of stay. The house is about 1.5 km from the centre of town and everywhere is in walking distance with a lot of cycle paths nearby. The town itself is a beautiful mature seaside town with plenty of shops and restaurants, it was still early in the season ( mid June ) for our stay so things were probably a little quieter...

"La maison de Jean-Marie et Michèle est magnifique, encore plus belle que ce que l'on peut s'imaginer avec les photos. La localisation est idéale: 20min du Moulleau et 30min du centre d'Arcachon à pied. Je recommande grandement cette maison pour des séjours en famille plutôt que pour des groupes d'amis car voisine à proximité. Le check-in et check-out se sont fait sans problème, très bonne communication rendue facile par Jean-Marie et Michèle, nous sommes très satisfaite de notre séjour."

"We had a fantastic stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, stylishly furnished, lovely and clean and with great space. The swimming pool is a really good size and a welcome relief from the heat. Eglantine was a fabulous friendly host and great in her communications as was Jerome who sent us loads of useful prior to departure. We will definitely be coming back but staying more than a week next time!"
