"Jacopo Marcello and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast). We enjoyed touring the property and were astounded by the history....

We were sleeping on springs and for that reason, we left a day early. 2. Many basic items were missing from both the kitchen and bathrooms. There was no kettle, toaster, bowls, wine glasses, dish towels in the kitchen; there were no bath mats or hooks for towels in the bathrooms and one of the toilet seats was broken. 3.
