Very peaceful environment and very clean. It includes a hearty breakfast for an extra cost (I learned my last day) and it is very well located from the main plaza and Cathedral.

Buen servicio de desayuno, amabilidad de sus empleados, sin embargo la calefacción brilla por su ausencia, la ponen poco y tarde, la habitación estaba helada.

Hotel ofrece Parking ,una vez que está allí le dicen que el Parking es en área diferente al Hotel y que es Público esto causa inconveniente Al final el staff nos encontró plaza en el Hotel a un costo de 12 euros , lo cual no estaba de acuerdo pero ya ers tarde en la noche Emilio C

Aunque no está en el centro, la habitación es bastante grande, esta preparando para apartamento, pero en la cocina no hay de nada, solo se puede utilizar el frigorífico, se me rompió la TV pero me la cambiaron por otra

La ducha enana, casi no entro entra las puertas de la manpara, no tenia donde colgar la alcachofa. Les pedí otra almohada por que solo habia una en la cama y me dieron una sin funda, por que no tenían ninguna.

Good value close to everything
This is a basic hotel that represents good value. It’s close to the railway station and an easy walk into the centre of old Lugo. Rooms are basically furnished, but clean and spacious enough. The shower was hot and strong. The wifi worked ok, though it faded in and out at times. The best part was the staff. The lady on reception went out of her way to be helpful. Breakfast consisted of good coffee, a croissant and orange juice. I would choose to stay there again.
