I love the place and the location! I’ve stayed twice before an have loved it! This time didn’t seem very clean. The bathroom trash had not been emptied, there were lots of fire ants in and around the bathtub, the water ran hot and cold constantly while showering! I love the place, just was a little disappointed this time.

Nice & quiet
A one night stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was quiet & had everything that we needed. There was an issue with shower regulating the water temp but the owner said they would look into that. I would stay again when visiting Lufkin.

Great little place
Nice and clean. Easy to find. Very quiet and comfy. Everything I needed was there. Directions were clear and helpful. Be sure to take some time to throw the ball for Minnie!

Perfect getaway
I loved this property! So cozy, private, peaceful and quiet. The host was a perfect communicator and even came over to help with a lock issue at 10:30 p.m. on a Friday night! Sorry for that, again!! The property was spacious. Bigger than a hotel room for way less money!! I would definitely stay here again when staying in the area! I hate i missed the sunsets because i know they must be gorgeous!!

Lovely room in the woods!
This new, very nice small suite was located at the end of a subdivision street, nestled back in a wooded area. It was quiet and a perfect place for rest and relaxation!
