"Pozitiva: Příjemný hotel v krásné přírodě, prostorný pokoj s terasou, ocenili jsme parkování v podzemní garáži. Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

"Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!"

Featuring an attentive staff and incredible restaurant with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in recent memory, Zamek Sarny is already a much restored historical site with more restoration currently underway. "We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage."

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "
