"I sent numerous emails to this property and they never sent me check-in details. Drove to property and couldn't get in. Tried phoning them and they never picked up (no phone coverage at property either so you need to drive 10min to get coverage). I had to find different accomodation last minute as this property was a bust. Tried to get refund and they refused. They have effectively stolen my money as they haven't provided any service."

"This cute apartment was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping and dining in Ludwigsburg. Lovely walkable neighborhood with lots of gardens. Everything was exactly as shown online. We had a lovely couple of days. "
