The property worked very well for our needs. The bedroom with the double bed was spacious, and the bunk beds worked perfectly for two little ones. However, the primary bedroom was extremely warm (at least 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the unit) as was the primary bath even though it was only 60 degrees outside. We cracked the window and ran fans constantly. The living space and kitchen worked well for our needs. I was disappointed that the deck overlooking the river was closed for construction (i don't recall this being noted in the listing.) One big negative of renting during this time was that it was spring break, and most restaurants, coffee shops, and pizza places were closed in town. I have never experienced this anywhere else before. Normally there would have been several options within walking distance, but there were only 4 dining places open in the entire town during our stay. With the Shaw's grocery store still closed from prior year's flooding, it was virtually a food desert. We specifically chose this location because the the walkable options, and were sad they weren't available.
