This two-bedroom condo sits within walking distance of the ski trail in the popular Winterplace community of Okemo Mountain Resort, offering a perfect home base for skiers and snowboarders alike.

With community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs (in winter only), and tennis and basketball courts (in summer only), Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both convenience and comfort. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

This particular condo is in an ideal location for easy access to Winterplace's pool and hot tubs. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open dining room, and a warm and inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen TV. There are even two full bathrooms paired with the two comfortable bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location
The condo is in a great location. Very convenient to downtown Ludlow. There is very little air movement even with all the windows open so if you're visiting in the summer, please take note. There were two fans available but they were hidden in closets. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is tiny but has everything you need.

This is a very roomy and comfortable condo. It is very clean. Vacasa is very responsive as we had a problem with a different location and they were able to relocate us to this condo. It was a very smooth transtion. I would recommend both this condo and Vacasa.

Fantastic Spot for a Ski/Board Trip with the Crew
Our group came to Vermont all the way from the VA/WV area and we felt very well accommodated in this unit. Everything was clean, and they provided mostly anything we would need to cook, shower, clean etc. (which was really helpful driving from 10+ hours away and not having to pack so heavy). We had a balcony and access to the pools and hot tubs as well which were very high quality and perfect after the long days on the slopes. I thought it was perfect too as we hit Sugarbush, Stratton, Killington, and Okemo while we were there and it seems to be a good location to have as close to an equal drive anywhere you wish to go. Overall excellent experience here and we will certainly remember this spot for our next trip up north!

Great location, but in need of a little TLC
The location of these condos at Okemo can't be beaten. The unit is an easy walk across the parking lot to a ski trail and lifts. And, the trails that lead to these units are easy to access from multiple parts of the mountain. So, from that perspective, it's all good. We stayed in this same area last year, so we knew this would be positive for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The layout of the condo was fine, but it's definitely in need of some TLC and an owner's touch. We stayed in a similar 2 bedroom last year, but it was just more updated and had more kitchen amenities than this one did. There weren't big gaps of things - we were fine - but it just didn't feel as well stocked or warm as the unit last year. Also, if you're a bigger person, note that the shower in the main bedroom is very small. Overall, a fine stay, just not at the same level as the unit we were in last year.

Great ski on ski off rental!
The place was perfect for us! Only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the ski mountain. It was located perfectly at the top of the lift which was great for the end of the day!

Perfect location
Loved the location - true ski in and out - pool and hot tubs right across the road - great woodland view - size was perfect for us (2 adults / 2 big kids) - kitchen was very well stocked - even had a few basics - even a bag of ice for us in freezer which made it feel like a home not a rental - really clean - great storage for ski gear - beds were comfy & bedding was super clean - decor was cute - we would def stay here again !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location, comfortable.I would say the unit needs to be updated especially the bathrooms.The closet in the bunk beds room was full with owner's bedding, etc... and we could not hang any of our belongings.The same closet frame was also broken and could not be closed. Definitely needs a bit of TLC.
