The bathroom was like a small hallway where my knees almost hit the wall in front of the toilet, it was a bit claustrophobic. The room was clean and quiet. The pool could have been a bit cooler, it wasn't very refreshing after our long drive. The staff was nice and overall I was quit happy with our stay."

"Attending Goderich for memorial of a friend who passed away suddenly. Normally check in is 4 pm. Wife wanted to find out if early check in was available in order to change before start of memorial which was at 3 pm. Called hotel diectly, explained situation and representative at front desk told us 230 p check in would be ok. Next day front desk told me check in not till 4 pm. Told him to check notes for check in, reluctantly he did and saw 230 time and said it was busy and earliest check in wasn't available till 3 pm. He was not very amenable and brash. You would think after checkouts staff would look for early check in request and prioritize those rooms which Is probably not that frequent.. "
