"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "Emma & Otto's home is very warm, welcoming and extremely clean and well appointed. The home is updated with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. My family and I stayed for 6 nights and were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The check-in/check-out process was easy and well-communicated.
