"The location in Lucca is excellent. Lucca is walkable anyway but to have this so close to both the train station and the city center was fantastic ! What stood out to me though was the staff. So friendly, so helpful - and the service was effortless . . like they do it for all the right reasons. Will stay here again when in town"

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"
