"For a place to walk in and lay your head, this is the ticket. Otherwise, the cabin is poorly maintained with common or what I would consider “staple” amenities either missing or in need of repair. For starters, there is no bathroom mirror, the towel rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, and, while there was sufficient lighting, several of the light bulbs were burnt out Now the beds were comfortable And the heater worked great. "We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this place. Much bigger than the photos suggest. So cozy and clean. We loved having the fireplace on watching movies. We loved the hot tub and the beds were super comfortable. Location wise it’s super close to everything so a great spot and would totally book it again. We weren’t put off by the messy neighbors because I don’t think they were even home so it was lovely and quiet ! "

Kitchen had all we desired to cook and not waste any time away from the beautiful views from every room and the decks. So much fun was had in the jacuzzi, game room and lake fishing right from the back of the property. Lovely in everyway and we’d highly recommend!"

"The Ginger Lodge was exactly as shown in pictures. It was a very comfortable, well stocked cabin with comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood close to the lake, also a short walk to the Park or to town. I liked the view out the back with no one directly behind you. The cabin was very clean. I would definitely stay there again."

"There were only 4 cereal bowls we found, so plan accordingly. The heater didn’t work too well so it was cold until our very last day. The value was very good and overall we were happy. The lack of heat was the biggest bummer. There is a fireplace, bring firewood!"

"This was our first time taking 5 children ages 14 to 6 and 3 adults and traveling for a holiday. This was a great place to soend 4 nights and the kids loved the game room. It entertained the kids and gave time for the adults to relax by the fireplace. Close by all the areas that we were looking to go to and we will look at coming back to this cabin again in the future. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for such great accommodations."

"Nice classic A-frame in a good location- walk to the lifts and short trip to town. Relatively inexpensive when we stayed so that was also a plus. The place, however, is quite bare-bones. The interior smells of old wood lacquer giving it a sweet almost curry-like smell- not unpleasant just noticeable. The applicances are not necessarily old but they are the absolute cheapest models so are pretty crappy. Cabinets and drawers were a bit dirty. Rooms were fine however the heating in the upper right...
