The room sizes were adequate and clean but air quality was not good, we had to open windows (no A/C) to let fresh air as we were uncomfortable. Good Location as it was closer to the station and good restaurants nearby, would recommend the Italian restaurant below the hotel.

We had a great stay! The location made it very easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel has a lot to do, but the rooms are very quiet when the windows are closed. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is ideally situated in Old Town Lucerne close to the beautiful river, great restaurants and shopping. An easy walk from the train station and in a very clean and safe area. We extended our stay and it will be our first choice when we return.

The property was fairly clean and close to many amenities and the bridge. The restaurantws nearby were mostly good and the grocery stores were convenient for quick breads and cheeses, drinks, etc. The room was a bit small but fairly clean and adequate. The Li Tai Pei restaurant next to it had the best chinese food we've EVER had! Amazing and Surprising! Not a bad place to stay. Adequate and convenient.

BEWARE!! Staff are rude and not accommodating at all. The shower in the bathroom isn’t feasible for anyone, right on top of the toilet and you can’t properly open the doors to get it. There is absolutely NO ROOM to shower. NO AC, awfully hot in room and when you open the windows you can’t sleep at night because of the extreme noise level from all the restaurants and bars. People screaming and singing in the alleys all night long. This place is a dump and not worth the money, SKIP THIS PLACE!!!

Limited checkin hours that are not listed on Expedia/their website. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now, but we had to wait an hour after checkin started to be helped. Once the front desk associate arrived, he was extremely helpful and kind. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work, but only stayed one day so we didn’t say anything until checkout. Excellent location!
