"This is a beautiful traditional style home in the Andalusian hills. We had a perfect relaxing escape. It was the height of summer, but the numerous terraces afforded plenty os hade, and the saline pool much needed refreshment. It is also a great base to explore Granada (easy 1 hr drive). Kimberley, the housekeeper was excellent - always on hand to answer any queries!"

"A fabulous property - historic, beautiful and very practical. The town is great - some nice sights, supermarket is close by but it's not too busy or touristy. The location is excellent - well placed for all the main sights (Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga). And the hosts are excellent too, good communication and they really care that you have a nice time. Thank you! Highly recommend."

"Erst als wir hier gebucht hatten sahen wir auf der Website von Novasol die sehr schlechte Bewertung eines Gastes aus Juli 2023. Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. Im Chat mit Novasol wurde uns geraten, mit der Dame, die die Schlüssel verwaltet, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das erschien uns sehr unpassend, zumal diese auf eine Anfrage per E-Mail auch nicht...

"My family of 5 young adults and three adults stayed for a week at this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean, the pool was amazing and perfect with the views, the house is well stocked and our host Juan Carlos and his family were wonderful. Very thoughtful and kind and helped us with all kinds of local insights. We all highly recommend this home. There is a lot to see and do in the towns and area nearby. We loved our stay."

"Fantastic house, very easy trip from Málaga Airport. Beautiful views, superb pool, really huge. This rustic, traditional house was perfect,we had such a great time. "We enjoyed a fabulous week in August at Casa Brigadoon. The Villa is located on the Hills outside Iznajar with stunning morning views of the sunrise over the mountains and the Olive groves. The pool is spectacular- I believe 16m by 6 so very large for a holiday rental. "The property was so authentic and beautiful. Dated but for us this was a good thing as it felt local and special. Paqui was extremely helpful even though he didn’t speak much English, his daughter helped communicate with us via WhatsApp and gave us lots of recommendations and support with travel. We were hoping to use taxis but because of the villa location this is not possible all the time so if you’re staying here you should definitely get a Hire car! The biggest supermarket was 17 min drive...

Clean, Convenient, Quiet and Welcoming Hotel

"Very quiet, comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel with free parking on site. I stayed two nights with my small Emotional Support Animal and we were both enthusiastically welcomed. The room was clean and shower toiletries were provided and two bottles of water daily. The hotel has a convenient restaurant with a varied menus for meals, and a coffee bar for alcoholic beverages and coffees and teas and sodas. There is a MacDonalds next door should you wish to access. It is located in an industrial area outside of Antequera within a short driving distance to burials grounds and to free public parking at the base of Antequera. The parking lot is gravel but within easy walking distance to all Antequera’s attractions. Recommend parking and walking around as town has narrow streets and turning corners with larger vehicles may be difficult. It is also about a 13km drive to El Torcal de Antequera. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Antequera "

"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. Restaurant, cafeteria next to hotel, good food , excellent coffee, excellent staff."

"A wonderful property, perfect host with great communication So cozy in the evenings, and a picturesque location amongst the olive groves Be aware it's a fair drive to get anywhere through twisty, tight roads - spectacular, but not for the faint hearted!"
