"The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to...

"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

Es war unglaublich sauber, auch drumherum das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. "We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany. Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great. The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes! The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough...

"Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend."

"Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht."
