"Really nice place. Beautiful views. Lovely staff! Plenty of parking. Has a huge pool with a view to the mountains. The breakfast was nice but could have more variety or fruits and less cakes. Some fresh juices would be nice as well. Would definitely come back again."

"The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient to the town of Lucca. The staff was very personable and helped with any request or question we had. Bicycles were available for guests which my wife and I took advantage of riding the wall around the town. The breakfast choices were excellent and staffed with very friendly people."

"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "
