"Most of Grand Lucayan is closed from hurricane Mathew but you don't know this until you arrive. All guests have to stay at Lighthouse point which is nice but with not nearly as many amenities. 2 less pools , less convenient dining options, the Casino never reopened. Some of the staff, outdoor bar. Towel hut, seemed to have lost that happy, helpful, attitude, one bartender was even rude everyday. "This place should have 5 stars! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We got our toothpaste confiscated by TSA and a horrible layover delay.
