The setup is great for both, very clean and laid out well.The porch and location on the river would be amazing in the summer time! Make sure to bring drinking water if you don't like the taste of well water, there is an RO system as well that we used for morning coffee. "We booked this trip last minute to celebrate our engagement. Being winter in Ohio, the weather conditions were unfavorable. Drew reached out to make sure I knew 4-wheel drive was a must to get up the driveway and offered to switch our weekend to another open weekend if we didnt want to travel during the bad weather.
