We enjoyed meals prepared by Serena twice during our visit; she cooked multi-course dinners that were delicious. Highly recommend the property and Serena’s cooking. We look forward to going back!"

"The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. "This villa exceeded our expectations. It has ample room for a large family and was very neat and clean. The host was very attentive to all of our needs and very easy to communicate with. The location is just far enough away from Florence to give it a great Tuscan feel in the middle of a vineyard and olive orchard. I highly recommend this property. "

"Fantastic location near Florence. In driving distance to Florence yet it feels secluded and private. The view from the bedrooms and backyard is stunning. The house was in immaculate condition with all amenities for a wonderful stay. The host David was extremely responsive and professional. "This is a life memory. You will never stay in a hotel like this again. I selected it because it looked really different and fun. My expectations were met. It was really incredible. I don't know who thought it all up, but it is fabulous. Great location, friendly staff, clean, fun!!"

"Hotel Calimala Firenze was probably one of the best hotels nested in the heart of Florence. My family of four was traveling Italy for 11 days during last Christmas holiday. We chose to stay at Hotel Calimala from 12:25-12/27. If you have a chance to stay at this property, please choose it without any hesitation. We reserved 2 bedrooms next to each other ( one room occupied by my 13 and 15 yr old sons). We stayed at a deluxe bedroom and everything was perfect. Welcome gifts and bottled water were served daily. We also had great amenities offered in both bedrooms. Breakfast was great and plentiful. House keeping was provided daily. Hotel staffs were very professional and courteous. Also everything is in walking distance. Uffizzi Museum was only 3 minutes away, shopping centers and restaurants were just minutes away, and even Duomo was only 4 minutes away. We plan to return to this property again in near future when visiting Italy. "

"We contacted the hotel to see if we could drop off our bags early and they said yes. When we arrived 2 hours early, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in then which was a pleasant surprise! They had free bottles of water in the room for us and bedroom shoes. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job in cleaning our room. The hotel was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay."
