"Had a wonderful time here. Very spacious and well laid out. Nice patio area and great roof terrace. Right near the great sized pool and garden area. Short walk to brilliant beach and nice bars/restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk into the town of Garrucha which has plenty of shops & bars. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely stay there again ourselves."

"From the moment we walked into Veronika and Ivan’s property in the Mojacar Pueblo we were blown away with the cleanliness, attention to detail and overall warmth. "Dies war unser zweiter Besuch. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. 2 Bäder. Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber alles. Erste Lage am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und schnell. Garage ebenfalls vorhanden. Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Strand nur durch die Promenade (Fußweg) getrennt. Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 große Kühlschränke im Haus. Ich komme wieder"

"The apt is better than the photos!! However, the Master bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Also the closets in one room were so full we couldn’t hang any clothes. In the master, the sheets were clean but stained and there was a suspicious large stain on the comforter. Other than that we were pleased. It is very large and each room has a bathroom. Location is great. Very good deal for the price."

Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine (einstmals) prachtvolle Villa mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau."
