Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV. Tolle Lage
Von der Unterkunft aus ist man in wenigen Schritten am Strand. Das Inventar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bettdecken, Matratzen und Küchenutensilien müssen ganz dringend erneuert werden. Bettdecke hat Flecken und Löcher, ebenso die Matratzen. Den Wasserkocher konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, total verkalkt. Die Mikrowelle absolut dreckig, Brötchenkrümel im Backofen. Schön war der Balkon und die Terrasse.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Inventar in der Küche und die Matratzen sowie Bettdecken müssen ganz dringend erneuert werden. Schön ist der Balkon und die kleine Terrasse. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Wasser.

Eine Tolle Zeit
Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit genossen. Whg. Leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Dieser Zustand war teilweise ohne ins Detail zu gehen nicht tragbar. Das W-Lan konnte man kaum nutzen, Zeitweise gar nicht. Da auch kein Telekom oder o2 Hotspot übers Handy nutzbar war ist man beim schlechtem Wetter auf s Buch und Brettspiele angewiesen. Wir haben was draus gemacht. Jetzt wissen wir was uns erwartet, wir würden nochmal hinfahren. Mfg

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: in allen Räumen sind die Rauchmelder abgebaut. Das halten wir für bedenklich.

Objekt und Lage waren sehr gut, mit Blick aufs Wasser und schöner Strandpromenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Ort liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Einziger Mangel: alle Rauchmelder waren abgebaut!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr klein....
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr klein. Im EG sind die Möbel unvorteilhaft gestellt. Der Esstisch steht in einem dunklen Durchgang. Das Badezimmer im OG ist winzig. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses top. Schnell zum Strand. Leider befindet sich auf hör weite einSpielplatz. Zum Einkaufen mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten. Freundliche Schlüsselübergabe. Das Ferienhaus war sauber. Reisetipps: Greifswald ist eine tolle Stadt. Einkaufen und tolle günstige Restaurants. Der Ausflug nach Penemünde zum UBoot hat sich gelohnt. Ist jedoch teuer.

Unterkunft ist gut, wer gut Tr...
Unterkunft ist gut, wer gut Treppe steigen kann ist in diesem Reihenhaus zu frieden. Reisetipps: Greifswald, Stralsund und Peenemünde sind sehenswert auch kann man in der nähernen Umgebung schöne Spaziergänge machen.

Fewo in günstiger Lage mit einigen Nachteilen
Saubere Fewo, Übergabe klappte gut. Verwaltung vor Ort freundlich. Betten und Schlafräume recht klein. Nebenkosten unangemessen hoch. Schlaf gestört durch laute Nachbarn und deren Nutzung der Außentreppe. Fazit: wir mieten diese Fewo nicht wieder.

Noch besser als erwartet !
Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Ansprechpersonen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Umlagenkosten werden sehr fair abgerechnet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
