"Jestem trochę zmieszany. Mój pokój zdecydowanie odbiegał od standardów 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Dostałem dziurawy i poplamiony ręcznik, poplamione zasłony, uszkodzony zlew oraz szafka pod nim. Łóżko miało być double a były dwa złączone single. Zawsze miałem dobre zdanie o tym hotelu dopóki się w nim nie przespałem. Mój rodzinny Lublin zdecydowanie zasługuje na coś więcej. Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje obsługa. Szybko i sprawnie, tak można w skrócie opisać kontakt z pracownikami. Restauracja na...

"Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it. "

"I liked the reception staff - helpful, polite, welcoming. The breakfast selection was great! The room was clean. Nevertheless the walls were acoustic and I could hear people on the other side of the wall & even walking down the stairs next to the lifts. The only thing which really bothered me was a very loud group of young people who stayed overnight and made a lot of noise till 4am making me awake almost the whole night. Overall my stay was good 👍."
