Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. Super Cute and Affordable
This place is very cute. Comfortable size for 2-4 people. Works well for parents needing to come stay while seeing kids at Texas Tech. We enjoyed the stay, spot was very convenient to everything needed and the price was wonderful! Much nicer stay than a hotel for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

Cute and the right amount of quirky! We enjoyed playing ping pong and walking to the nearby park. Close to everything. Beds were super soft with wonderful comfy pillows.

Comfy Ping Pong House
This was our 2nd time to stay in this little house and if we're ever in Lubock again, I hope it will be available. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is comfortable, and we enjoy the ping pong table in the back yard.

This place was perfect for what we needed while we were in town for an event. Very clean, bed in the master is very comfy, simple and clear instructions for check in and check out! It’s in a great location and the neighborhood felt very safe.

The cutest house!
We stayed in this precious house over the weekend and it was perfect! Our friend graduated with her nursing degree and we were so close to campus, we couldn’t have been happier with the location. If we come back to LBK with a small crew, we will absolutely stay here again, thanks so much❤️
