The Shady Pecan is a newly updated home with a central location, giving you easy access to everything Lubbock! Only 4 miles from Texas Tech University. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom. The front guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. All beds have new mattresses. The house is approximately 2200 square feet and has a fully stocked kitchen.
