You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room at a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to both Covenant Hospitals & just minutes from Texas Tech makes this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite, a spacious queen in the 2nd bedroom, a comfortable set of twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, & a queen sofa sleeper. Each room has a smart tv & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a comfortable and spacious area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the bonus room and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with and iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

If you need additional space, this home is 2 doors down from my property "Heart of the Medical District", which is a 4/3 that sleeps 10.

You will have access to the entire house (the garage is not available for guest use).

This property offers contactless checkin and checkout using smart locks and a Ring Doorbell. I am local and available to assist as needed, but will not be present at the property.

You won't find a better location in Lubbock. This home is a 2 minute walk to both Covenant Hospital campuses and a 15 minute walk to the United Supermarkets Arena. Several great restaurants as well as drugstores are located a few blocks away. The Marsha Sharp Freeway is nearby making it easy to drive anywhere in Lubbock. The Preston Smith International Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from the home.

Great restaurants within walking distance include Thai Pepper, Jazz Louisiana Kitchen, Hayashi Midtown as well as Scholtzskys. Within a mile of the house you will find Picantes Restaurant, J & M Barbeque, Caprock Cafe, Five Guys Burgers, And Bigham's Barbeque.

We typically don't allow pets but make exceptions on rare occasions. Please message me about pets prior to booking.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for my family of 5 and my mom to come in town for a wedding. Everyone had their own space, the bedding was heavenly after a 10+ hour drive, and the living room space was a perfect place to relax. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our West Texas family!

Weekend in Lubbock for wedding

Family gathering

What a great place to sit a reminisce about the good old days with family. Great open and inviting floor plan! Plenty of seating. We were only 6 adults but all of us felt comfortable and welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here for another visit. Trent and I must be kindred spirits, he had my favorite coffee ( Dark Magic) and hot tea (Earl Grey) provided. Put a big smile on my face when I opened the drawer.

Hard Mattresses

All of the mattresses were hard. Backaches for all. Beautifuly decorated. Close to TTU great for orientation. Must have recently sprayed for bugs...thank you ...saw 4 dead roaches.

Great house for family of 6 near Texas Tech

This property was great. We were in town for a campus visit and to go to a football game. The location was location is a quiet and unique area a short drive to campus and restaurants. The master bed was very comfortable, but the twin beds were not as comfortable. This house was the perfect alternative to getting three hotel rooms for our visit. It saved so much money and the living room, dining area, and kitchen were all perfect for our three day weekend. The water gets very hot, so be careful and the heat works great in the house. The doors and floors creak a little bit. The doors can be addressed, but the floors can be a little loud. The kitchen has almost everything one might need for several meals (no cookie sheet that I saw) and could have used some salt and pepper (although many other spices are available). I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone stay here who is visiting Lubbock.

Cousin's weekend

We had a wonderful stay! We were able to cook in a great kitchen and sit at the large table and talk and enjoy our meal. We watched movies in the comfy living room. The beds were great the bathrooms were awesome. The whole house was decorated beautifully. Great location to all great shopping downtown and neighberhood areas.

Perfect place

We were in town for RRO with siblings and we’re Also taking a road trip from here where we started at 2 other rentals between Lubbock and Alabama ands this place was the absolute best. Super cute renovation. Bathrooms were amazing, beds were comfy, and a lot of space. The instructions were clear and we had zero problems. Would definitely stay here again.
