Great location
If you are going to be at Texas Tech during your visit to Lubbock this is a perfect place to stay. It’s also easy to get to the Mall and tons of restaurants from the house. The host was kind and quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. It was clean and they had a variety of snacks which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this house.

Good location, Needs some attention
We were excited for a house close to campus to visit our kids and not be stuck in a hotel. This house has a lot of potential and good space for families to gather. The floors were really sticky and dirty and there was no toilet paper. The host was easy to communicate with and got us toilet paper very quickly Kitchen had what we needed and even a few games in the closet. Overall not a bad experience, but needs a bit of attention when cleaning.

Very nice place to stay while my son was in the hospital. It was close enough to the hospital that the back and forth wasn’t terrible and was plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again.

Family Retreat
Oh man we needed this house! My young adult children met us in Lubbock for a wedding. We appreciate an older home and loved the quirky floorplan. It was spotless. Beds where very comfortable. AC perfect. Some stayed up late watching TV.... didn't disturb us sleeping on other side of the house. I had a few questions for Stephen and he answered promptly. The location of the house was very convenient to all things in Lubbock.

Quick trip to Lubbock to visit friends. This home was nice, clean and in a great location. The property manager was very nice and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!
