Great spot in Lubbock!
My friend and I stayed at Scott's place for TTU homecoming weekend, and the house was perfect for us! Great location on a quiet street, easy to get to everything - market street around the corner! Beds were comfortable, backyard was nice, plenty of games - we enjoyed the dominos! Only comments would be that the couch in the living room wasn't very soft and is fairly small (but we didn't use it much) ...other thing to note is the shower in the master is pretty small (only mention because had my very tall husband been with us, this would have been a tight squeeze for him) but the hall bath shower is bigger. Easy communication with the host and smooth check in/out. I would be happy to stay there again.

Home is beautiful but not kept up with
The area and neighborhood is perfect. Lots of parks near by and an amazing grocery store. The home is decorated very beautifully and comfy. Unfortunately you can tell that this home is just an investment home for the owners. Beds in one of the rooms are very loose and not safe to sleep on. The home is full of spider webs and spiders. We all woke up from the first night with bites and itchy. Futon in the game room is broken and not safe to sit on. Bathrooms have black and pink mold. Master bathroom toilet handle was broken. Home wasn’t cleaned before we got there and there was a dirty towel left for a face towel. I feel like this home would had been perfect if it was exterminated and cleaned before we arrived especially all the spider webs under the tables and the bathrooms. A easy deep clean can resolve most of it and the small fixes on the furniture to make it safe to sit and sleep. I did msg the owner and he did get back to me very fast which was good and he is aware of my concerns. Other that that this home has so much potential

Great stay!!
This house was perfect for our short stay while in Lubbock for my mom's eye surgery. The home was clean, stocked with extra hygiene items, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Host was very gracious and responsive to me, and we will definitely stay there again if available!! Thank you!!

Cute House!
The house was very cute and well decorated. Very clean. The only thing we wanted was a bigger more comfortable living room couch/seating so that we could all comfortably watch movies together in the evening. But, overall it was a great place to stay!

This adorable little house was the perfect place for my family of 5. I ended up needing to change my stay days and the owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The game room was an added bonus.

What we needed
Needed a place to work while son was at a camp at TTU. House was well stocked, had more than enough room and good WiFi so it worked well for us. House was clean and most of it seemed to be renovated relatively recently. Only exception was the showers and backyard that could use a little TLC.

Great for family
Clean, nice decor, easy to access, kids loved the game room and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. A few minor maintenance issues that are easily corrected and didn't greatly detract from our stay. We would stay here again.

Roadtrip stop
Great pit stop on our way to the Grand Canyon. With a family now of 7 people 17+, renting a house was great. The place was clean and cozy and close by the groceries to grab a few items for breakfast. We had Orlando’s pizza for dinner based on Scott’s recommendation and it was great

TTech Graduation
It was great to be able to have the entire family stay together! My daughter graduated from Texas Tech engineering and it was a very important and exciting time for us. The property was in a great location, very clean, and the host was very welcoming. It was nice to have the code access to not have to worry about losing keys and the information we received about the house was spot on! I don’t know if we’ll be coming back to Lubbock anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend this property and host!
