The room was big, had working fridge. Beds were advertised as queens but were actually doubles. Beds were very hard. Carpets were stained. Bathroom outdated with facet/fixtures falling off. The shower just felt “icky” leaving you feeling dirty. The worst parts: The dining area smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. Made me think of drinking out of toilets. Creeped me out not to mention all the bird feathers, bird potty all over the property and the dead bird next to the pool. I didn’t let my kids go in there! The staff were kind and helpful.

Shower head was corroded and no pressure. There for two nights and no turndown service AT ALL. And no, I didn’t have the DND sign up. The pool was dirty and very cold. Breakfast was not great: juices were watery, gravy for biscuits was watery, and eggs and sausage were lukewarm. I have a reservation for November, I really hope they improve the situation.

Nice room, but terrible mattress.
Front desk attendant was very pleasant and welcoming! Room was clean and didn't appear worn from over use. Our main complaint was the mattress, which was very firm and really ruined the entire stay. We didnt sleep well and we felt terrible the rest of the day due to the uncomfortable mattress.

The location for this Best Western is very good. It's close to restaurants, shopping and some attractions. The hotel itself is very well kept. My room was spacious and very clean. This is the kind of accommodations I would love if I was staying for several days or more. The staff was excellent and they serve a hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
