"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. There is no front desk and we never saw another person the entire time. No elevator. Still an excellent 5 star stay, just be aware of the...

"Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."

"Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend"
