"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while dropping our son off at Stanford. The property was extremely clean and Tracy was very responsive and accommodating. The location was fantastic in an upscale walkable neighborhood. We walked to downtown Palo Alto for coffee and meals every day. We will definitely stay again!"

"The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!"

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor.
