"We booked this villa after reading other reviews stating it is fairly new and modern. It definitely is not. Everything is old and tatty very well worn a bit like junk rubbish furniture. The very poor breakfast is served on your verandah, you say what time and pick yr choice .We stated 9am and they knocked at 830am! Then there was a dead gecko floating in our pot of liquid which they class as tea. Oh, they also forgot the juices and condiments to go on our dry sliced bread. So naturally ...

"This property is definitely one of the nicer ones on Gili. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can walk anywhere you’ll want to go within 10 mins. It’s close to the main port, but not too close so it’s a little more quiet in the night."

"We love staying here. A few KM out of Senggigi town but beautiful property and people and only a few dollars taxi to town. Staff are lovely and the breakfast is amazing. The two beach front pools are perfect for lounging with a view. We will be back again."

"Have stayed at this gem of an hotel many many times and always have a fantastic stay. The hotel shows signs of age but the garden is spectacular as ever and though lots of the older staff have retired the young people are lovely and try their very best to make your stay pleasant. The food is excellent as well. Service by the pool could be improved I think. Looking forward to being back in this wonderful hotel again on August. "

"Beautiful property and surroundings. The hotel grounds are amazing, great pool, and well kept gardens. PROS: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Gardens were fantastic. "The villa was great with a decent size pool and comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the breakfasts. So close to everything but also quiet. Dinner had live music. Did get some noise from the Wednesday night at the Irish bar but ear plugs were provided and it didn’t worry us."
