"My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy...

"The owner made it clear in advance that there was basically no facilities. That was no problem for me. I was well prepared and had an enormous field to myself. The owner provided a huge amount of firewood and I enjoyed a nice campfire at night. In the morning, the field was covered in white frosting and wild(?) turkeys was walking through the field. For me, it was a great way to explore the area and avoided most of the eclypse traffic and it was well worth the money!"

The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. Also loved how sparse the campsites were. great privacy and...
