Great location, easy to get to. Close to our favorite beach. Mullet! We come to St.Martan every year and have stayed all over the island. This was a Great stay.

Not the best would not recommend, too may other nice places
Lots of Ants on counter where food is kept, leaky air conditioners and toilet. Only 2 lounge chairs for 6 people. Never knew cleaning schedule. Never had cleaning person ask what we wanted cleaned. Always been entire house any other place we have rented.

Intimate/Private however so close
Very nice property walking distance to everything within 10min. Very nice neighbors within the community. The pool is everything to relax onsite. I would say 4.5 stars. It was challenges using stove and slight ant problem however that probably comes from construction and wooded area
