Oceanfront Spectacular Penthouse W/Spacious Rooftop Terrace, Cupecoy Beach

This 1,500 sq. foot penthouse condo is located on the 5th floor with direct views of the ocean, step onto your 1,500 sq. ft. furnished terrace, sit down and watch the cruise ships sail by. This 2 BR, 2 full bath features granite counter tops throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes 'Profile' stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster & blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, cooking utensils, martini glasses, etc. Unit includes a washer/dryer, iron, DVD's, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Relax in the living room and sink into our Italian leather sofa. The master bedroom features a King latex mattress. The 2nd bedroom features a King bed that can also be converted to two twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans & AC. We provide an assortment of board games. The sofa is over-sized but is not a pull out.

Posh and positioned just steps from a private, secluded beach, We absolutely loved our stay here! We enjoyed the amenities and pool as well. The 'villa' was beyond words - the views from either of the expansive patios was simply beautiful! Especially comforting was the constant safety, security and friendliness of the staff. We have stayed at some nice VRBO's over the years but have to say that this was one of the nicest! If you enjoy sunsets and privacy, you will love your stay at the Rainbow Beach Club!

I cannot tell you how much we loved this property! It is amazing. It is even better than the photos and they are pretty awesome. The location, view, amenities were all top notch. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with a great kitchen and grill to make your own meals. Gail was great and very responsive to my questions. Would love to come back here again.

Absolutely wonderful!
Can't say enough great things about this place. We loved everything about it. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets and views of the water. We loved being about to grill a couple of meals on the rooftop deck. Good communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

pleasure trip
this location was perfect for us. the condo has an amazing view and walking distance to great food. we travelled all over the island and preferred our location the best. our favorite no fuss eatery was "the pizza lady" at IN and OUT. best shawarma in town and great pizza.

Exceeded expectations in every way and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the multiple deck spaces, two close groceries, and local bars/restaurants. An easy walk to Mullet Beach and Kalatua Beach Club. An amazing getaway. And appreciated the communicative hosts!!

Best Beach On The Island
The beach has cliffs, rocks, great sand, colorful water and sunsets. It feels like it is a private beach. If the waves get too high just move around the rock to the left and you will find more beach. To us, this is better than being packed into a beach club. The property is more amazing in person than in the photos. Cupecoy is also the nicest area on the island. Other areas on the island are still recovering from the storm. Loved the dining options at nearby Porto Cupecoy. We went to many of the popular places on the island but always looked forward to coming back to the beauty of our accommodations. We had a great vacation.

Return Guests-Amazing Property-Amazing Hosts
This is our second stay in the Cupecoy Penthouse. We had an incredible stay. The property was just as amazing as the 1st time. The unit was stocked well with all of the necessities to start our vacation including drinks and basic toiletries. The property has great snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler which was great as we didnt need to travel with ours. The views are magnificent! We hosted a family Thanksgiving dinner on the terrace and which was loved by all (our familiy was jealous of our accomodations) we grilled on the terrace several times. The double lounger on the lower terrace is comfy (we even slept on it one night to listen to the cochi frogs and the waves). I wish we could rate this property higher than a 5 as it is a 10 in our book! We will definitely stay again!

GET AWAY WITH FRIENDS
The property was as described and it looked better than the pictures. We stayed at many condos and this condo was by far the most stocked with supplies. We loved the cute little grocery store across the street and their panini's and the many places to walk to for a great sit down meal. We really loved the location. The only down fall was the tide was too high every day and we couldn't enjoy our own private beach, but not too sad as Mullet Bay is just 2 minutes away and it is the most beautiful beach. Thank you again for letting us rent your condo.

This property was easy to rent & communication with the owners was great. The condo is very nice, spacious & comfortable. We couldn’t believe how well it was stocked with virtually anything you could need. The 2 huge rooftop patios were unbelievable for the additional space they provided & were very unexpected. Views are fantastic. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships, sailboats, yachts & fishing boats. Pool area is very nice. Coastline is beautiful of course. Only suggestion would be a TV in living room so we could all watch together in the evenings, although both bedrooms do have a TV.

Amazing family getaway!
This property was perfection. The layout, amenities, outdoor living area and beach were top notch. The Wi-Fi was fast- as we had to do a bit of work. The owners were attentive and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. When not at the beach, we spent so much time on the deck in the hot tub, and under the canopy playing cards, eating meals, and watching sunsets. It is close to several markets and restaurants. (Walking distance) It was a very safe and secure property as well. We would definitely book again. Five Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place.
We didn’t think a return visit to this wonderful condo could be as fun and exciting as our first visit last year, same time. We were wrong. We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located and well appointed condo. With a small grocery and plenty of restaurants, French bakeries, and bistro‘s within walking distance, there is no need to rent a car. Happy hour next door is a must. We love this place for so many reasons, and most of our time is spent in the protected and super comfortable outdoor living space and upper level outdoor kitchen. First family trip to the Caribbean
We cannot say enough nice things about this condo as well as about the hosts. Gail talked with me on the phone for over an hour about her condo/location and about the island knowing that I was nervous about booking a place out of the country. The condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to a market for groceries, use the fitness center, restaurants were within walking distance, & the front desk would call for a taxi when we would need it so we really felt like we didn't need a rental car. The condo is absolutely beautiful & clean. The views were stunning, the hot tub was a bonus, and the condo was stocked and supplied with more than I have ever had when renting a VRBO. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to St. Maarten and have already told our family and friends about it.

Beautiful condo
We rented this condo for a week and wish we could have rented it our entire stay. What a beautiful condo. So well appointed. Quality appliances, abundant linens, plenty of beach towels and a beautiful outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the ocean and all of the activities. This unit had two patios to allow you to do this. The beds were very comfortable. Loved having a king size bed. Plenty of storage for your clothing between closet and dresser. Check in was very easy and the electronic lock is so nice. Not having to worry about where the key is helps tremendously. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus which we took advantage of. The unit was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. We hope to return again in the future. This unit was top notch. The host is very responsive to messages and seems to really care about the people renting their unit. I cannot say enough nice things about this property!!

5th Floor, pretty close to heaven!
Gail and Clive’s place is absolutely fantastic. We felt we were living the life of the rich and famous. The condo is perfect for two couples or a family and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. We loved having our coffee or glass of wine on the high top tables overlooking the ocean every day and spending time on the loungers outside reading day or night. The apartment is fully equipped and spotless. We especially liked the location and if we return to St. Martin would certainly stay here. You can walk to grocery store and less touristy restaurants in Jordan Village. The people in this development are very friendly and the property is very secure. Two oceanside pools are beautiful and you can just go down the stairs to swim in the ocean if you prefer. Gail and Clive, the hosts are wonderful and very responsive and accommodating. Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will not be disappointed!
